July 2026: One Catalog page for products and inventory

The Inventory page merged into the Catalog page, so there is one place to compare your two platforms:

The Catalog table can show an Inventory column with each variant’s Shopify and Square counts side by side. Turn it on from the columns menu.
The CSV export moved to the Catalog page’s Export button. It can cover all variants, the current tab, or your current search.

Linked products can now keep their inventory counts in sync:

Two-way inventory sync for linked products, off by default. You map one Square location and one Shopify location, choose which platform is the primary source for inventory, and turn it on. Nothing syncs before that.
The primary source is your call, with no default. Pick Square and inventory counts in Square win, with inventory changes in Shopify sent back to Square. Pick Shopify and it is the reverse. Sync stays off until you decide.
Changing a location or the source of truth always turns sync off until you deliberately turn it back on, and turning it on re-baselines every linked product from the side you chose.
Sync moves inventory quantities only. It never creates, deletes, or edits products on either platform.

Quadru is being prepared for the Shopify App Store. Everything below is built and working:

Your Square item library inside the Shopify admin, beside your Shopify products.
Every item opens to its variations, prices, and inventory counts per Square location.
The library refreshes automatically or only when you ask, with a durable log of what changed.
A Catalog page matches the two catalogs by SKU and shows what is synced, what is out of sync on price or stock, and what exists on only one side.
Move items between catalogs, one at a time and only when you ask: export a Shopify product to Square, import a Square item into Shopify as a draft, or archive and delete Square items. Nothing changes on either platform otherwise.
